Rosehouse is a listed 1925 building in Ciudad Jardín, one of the quietest and most residential neighbourhoods in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Built in an eclectic style with rationalist influences, the building has been completely renovated in 2026 while preserving its original mouldings, generous proportions and monumental facade.

The three apartments have been fully renovated in 2026 to blend the character of the original building with everything a remote professional needs. All apartments share a communal outdoor terrace. Expected opening: 30 June 2026.
